FARRAH PAW-CETT UPDATE Just look at this sweet girl. Only a few days into foster care, and Farrah is already beginning to blossom. After spending so much of her life focused on surviving and raising her puppies, she’s finally getting to experience something that’s been missing… Just being a dog. Her foster family says she’s settling in more each day. She’s becoming more comfortable with her foster brothers, loves spending time exploring the backyard, and is already showing what a smart, eager girl she is. She takes treats gently. She sits politely. She LOVES chicken and sweet potato treats. She even enjoys a good game of fetch… although bringing the ball back is still a work in progress. The biggest victory isn’t a command she learned or a trick she mastered. It’s that she’s starting to relax. Decompression takes time. Every quiet nap, every tail wag, every moment she chooses to explore instead of worry is another step toward the life she’s always deserved. Watching her confidence slowly grow is exactly why foster homes are so incredibly important. Farrah still has plenty to learn, but she’s proving every day that she’s worth the patience, love, and chance she was given. We can’t wait to see who she becomes over the next few weeks.
