Meet Ace

Ace is a bundle of fun and a true friend in the making! This playful young man is always up for an adventure and has a spring in his step that will keep you smiling. With a clever mind and an even friendlier nature, he is the perfect companion for anyone looking for a loyal and loving pal. Ace is eager to explore the world and is ready to say hello to everyone he meets. He might be a bit unsure about other dogs, but with his playful attitude, he is sure to get along with any furry friends he meets along the way. Ace is the perfect name for this cool customer, as he is an ace-in-the-hole find and a real winner! He's just a puppy and can get into a lot of trouble so you'll need to be willing to give him lots of gentle guidance, so he can learn all those big dog things, like how to behave in a house, what a crate is for, how to walk on a leash without pulling, and all those verbal commands every dog should know. He may even treat people with rough play or decide that a new pair of shoes or a table leg would make a great chew toy, so a lot of appropriate toys should be in his future. The good news is that with the right training and LOTS of love, he'll be the best addition to your family ever and your best bud. If you are interested in him, please send an email to SCP! All dogs typically show on Saturdays from 11 AM to 2 PM at the Petco in Clear Lake at 2410 Bay Area Blvd near Space Center. Since all our dogs are in foster homes, an individual dog may not be at our weekly Adoption Event due to conflict with a foster's schedule. If you are interested in meeting a particular dog, please send an email to scpdogworld@gmail.com so that the Dog Coordinator can let you know if the dog will be at the Saturday Adoption Event at Petco. If you just want to meet some great dogs looking for their forever home, please come visit with us on Saturday! The adopter for this dog must reside in the immediate Houston/Galveston area and be at least 25 years old. A home visit may be required prior to this dog going to any home. The adoption fee for a dog is $210 (or $270 for puppies). All dogs are microchipped, on heartworm protection, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed and treated for fleas.
