Meet Ambrosia

Ambrosia (A143027) is a 4-month-old AK Husky x German Shepherd mix who weighed 24.4 pounds on intake! 09/24/26 Ambrosia, previously known as Leslie, is back at the shelter and looking for her new home! Ambrosia was returned due to no fault of her own. She was described as an outgoing, friendly, and affectionate puppy! She was said to do very well with children but can be initially shy when meeting new people. She was also described as being shy but friendly with other dogs, and was noted to play a bit too rough for the cats in the home. In typical puppy fashion, she was said to be a chewer and vocal. She has been working on a variety of commands and her owner noted that she is doing very well kennel training and potty training (will sit at the door)! She has had a great start and is looking for a home that can continue to work with her. If you are interested in meeting Ambrosia, please let us know! 08/10/26 These fun-loving little pups were surrendered to the shelter and are eagerly awaiting their new homes! Puppies are a lot of work and a big responsibility, but worth the reward! They will need continued help with potty training, kennel training, and basic commands. Continuing on with positive socialization is also very important at a young age! These pups will grow into active dogs that will require plenty of mental and physical stimulation to keep them healthy and happy.
