Meet Angus

This is our big baby Angus. He is a solid 135 pound Mastiff, which are by nature, gentle, loyal, and protective dogs. Angus is all that and a bag of chips. He loves to run, play tug-of-war, fetch, and chase. He loves to ride in the car with his head hanging out the window, does well at the dog park with other dogs and gets along with his foster kitty friends. Angus likes to sleep in the bed so make room for him. The ideal home for Angus would have a fenced in yard, a big bed to share, and an adopter who has previous experience with large breed dogs. He is a messy drinker and loves food. Because of Angus’s big solid frame, we are looking for a home without small children. Angus gets along with other dogs and cats but we also think he would be OK as the only doggo in the house. He's house trained, neutered and up to date on his shots. **Angus‘s adoption fee is $175. A home visit and vet references (or verification) are required. Prior to meeting or adopting one of our wonderful dogs, we ask that you please fill out our online Dog Adoption Application on our website AAFlorida.org. There is a link on the top of the home page.
