Meet Bailey Rose — Professional Face Licker, Part-Time Bug Hunter & Full-Time Good Girl! Bailey Rose is a 1-year-4-month-old Lab mix who is ready to find her people — and if you get down on her level, prepare yourself… because your face is getting kissed! Bailey Rose is super sweet, friendly, playful, and full of personality. She absolutely loves her humans and is great with children. Her favorite thing is being close to you, especially when you’re eye-level. Adults sitting on the floor? Yep, you’re getting kisses. Kids at her level? They’re getting kisses too! Bailey is convinced that eye-to-eye means it’s officially time for a facial. ❤️ Cats? Bailey has experience! She previously lived with cats and did well with them. When it comes to other dogs, Bailey has a little more to say. She does enjoy other dogs, but she really loves having her humans all to herself. Because of that, a home without other dogs would likely be ideal, or she would do well with a very dog-savvy owner who understands canine body language and is willing to continue working with her on respecting another dog’s personal space. Outside is where Bailey’s inner hunter comes out. She LOVES chasing bugs and flies, and we have a feeling that if given the chance, bunnies and squirrels would quickly become her next targets. ️ Bailey is crate trained AND house trained! She also has a hilarious little habit of “borrowing” slippers, shoes, and the kids’ toys. The good news? She doesn’t destroy them — she just seems to think everything in the house might actually belong to her. When Bailey gets excited to see you, she may softly jump up to say hello. We’re working on her manners, and she’s learning that four paws on the floor is the way to go. Bailey is the whole package: sweet, affectionate, playful, goofy, and incredibly loving. She’s the kind of dog who will keep you laughing, keep you company, and probably keep you wondering where your other slipper went. Could Bailey Rose be your new best friend?
