Meet Barbie

Meet Barbie! Searching for a partner who is as smart as she is sweet? This intuitive girl is the ultimate 'thinker's dog.' She’s looking for an adopter who appreciates an active lifestyle and a sharp mind. She’ll impress you with how quickly she learns and keep you smiling with her TV commentary and famous wiggle-butt greetings. She knows how to behave in public places and will happily accompany you to an outdoor cafe or sidewalk sale. She's great in the car so load her in and bring her with you. After a day of outdoor adventures and a few brain-teasing puzzles, there is nothing she loves more than settling in for a serious cuddle session in her calm sanctuary. If you’re ready for a devoted, athletic, and brilliantly capable companion, your search ends here! This 2.5-year-old, 45 lb mixed breed beauty is smart, goofy, and full of curiosity. She’s a pro at fetch, loves chasing bugs (and catching them!), and thrives when given a job to do—definitely some working dog energy here! Barbie is house trained, though will occasionally use wee wee pads overnight. Ready to give this amazing girl the forever home she deserves?? If you are not in a position to adopt, consider donating so we can continue to provide care for dogs like Barbie that desperately need it.
