Meet Beans

Meet Beans, the Adorably Bratty Little Guy! Meet Beans, a 2 year old, 15 pound Yorkie/Schnauzer mix with an adorable face, a sweet personality, and absolutely zero intention of behaving himself! Don’t let that innocent face fool you… this little guy is a total brat, and honestly, he seems pretty proud of it! Beans is high energy and always ready to turn whatever is happening into an adventure. Walks? Absolutely! Although “walk” might be a generous term because Beans has places to go, things to investigate, and absolutely no time for your leisurely pace. He pulls on the leash much of the time and is convinced that he should be leading the expedition. Playtime with Beans is just as chaotic. He gets excited, zooms around, and plays like he has no idea that he weighs only 15 pounds. He can be a complete spazz when he’s having fun, and if you happen to be standing in the wrong spot, don’t be surprised if Beans comes running full speed and uses you as a launching pad! Yes, he will literally run and jump off you like you’re a backboard. He’s not exactly graceful, but he sure is entertaining. And then there’s Beans’ opinion on other animals. He isn’t looking to make dog friends and will absolutely try to pick a fight with them. Cats? He’d rather chase them. So, Beans is looking for a home where he can be the only four legged troublemaker. He has plenty of opinions, and he’s not shy about sharing them! For all his bratty behavior, Beans is incredibly sweet with people. He loves attention, enjoys being around his humans, and will happily climb into your lap for some affection when he decides it’s time to slow down. Of course, cuddling only lasts until that little brain starts thinking about what kind of trouble he can get into next. Beans was surrendered because his previous owner was away from home more than he could handle. He does have separation anxiety and can be quite the barky boy when left alone. He simply isn’t a dog who will happily spend the day home alone. He also seems to be potty trained, but he’d much rather take care of business while he’s out exploring than be expected to entertain himself in the yard. His new family will need to be willing to stay outside with him or take him for regular walks. Beans is not going to be the easiest little dog in the world, and we think he’d be offended if you expected him to be. He’s loud, energetic, opinionated, impulsive, occasionally ridiculous, and just bratty enough to keep you on your toes. But underneath all that chaos is a very sweet little dog who absolutely loves his people. 🐾🐾💜
