Meet Bear
Entry: Stray Has been treated for heartworms. MEET BEAR. He’s a 1 year old 60lb shepherd/lab/hound mix that is looking for his forever home. Arriving in June, he was found wandering and brought in to the shelter. Bear has been heart worm treated, neutered and vaccinated. Bear is a very sweet, happy boy. Volunteers had him out and he walks well on a leash, takes treats gently, and enjoys lots of scratches and hugs. He has met both male and female dogs in the play yard, is very polite, and seems to be a lower key, chill kind kind of guy, happy to hang out, and relax. He will make a great companion.
