Meet Bella Rose

Bella Rose is ready for a home that can keep up with her. Found in a church parking lot on July 15, Bella was so friendly that the family’s young daughter played fetch with her while they waited for us to arrive. That first game told us a lot about her: Bella loves people, loves a ball, and has energy to spare. Bella is a roughly 50-pound, herding-type girl who needs daily exercise, play, and attention. She plays rough with other dogs and likes to be in charge, so any canine match should be chosen carefully. Her first adoption wasn’t the right fit for her activity level, and she came back with a torn front paw pad. Her paw has healed, and she’s ready to try again with someone who understands the active life she needs. Bella Rose is available through East Ridge Animal Services. Her adoption fee is $75. Come meet her Monday through Friday, 10–5, or on the first and third Saturday of the month.
