Big Red is a sweet boy who’s still learning that the world is a safe and kind place. With a little time and patience, his true personality really starts to shine. Once he feels comfortable, Big Red is a total love ❤️ Big Red may just need a little extra time when being introduced to new situations. With a few minutes, a safe space, and your support, he’s able to settle in and start feeling comfortable enough to take on new adventures. He does well with other dogs and may benefit from having a confident canine companion in the home to help him continue to come out of his shell. He has also been around cats and done just fine. He would do best with a secure, tall fence, as he can clear a shorter one. He hasn’t had much exposure to kids while in our care. Big Red doesn’t need perfection—he just needs someone willing to give him a chance. In return, you’ll gain a loyal companion who’s learning how to trust and love.
