Meet Billy Ray
Billy Ray is finally learning that people are good. This handsome guy LOVES other dogs and his people. Billy Ray came from a home where he lived in a crate non stop. His owners didn't even take him out of the crate to clean him - they dragged the crate outside, and sprayed the crate and him with the hose. He was stained in urine, stressed and reactive to people. He was suffering from mange and was very underweight. This guy didn't have a good first 6 months of his life. But from August on - he's going to know nothing but love and devotion for the great heart and soul that he has. ♥
