Meet Bindi Sue

3 MONTHS IN A SHELTER. HALF HER PUPPYHOOD GONE. WHEN WILL IT FINALLY BE BINDI SUE’S TURN TO BE CHOSEN?! Meet Bindi Sue. The girl with the unforgettable eyes, the shiny black coat, and a heart full of love just waiting for someone to give her a chance. At just 7 months old, this beautiful Lab mix has already spent at least THREE MONTHS growing up in a shelter. While other puppies were learning what it meant to have a family, a cozy bed, and a place to call home, Bindi Sue was waiting. Waiting for someone to notice her. Waiting for someone to choose her. Waiting for her life to finally begin. Thankfully, she’s now safe in a foster home! But being safe is only the first step. Bindi Sue deserves so much more than a temporary place to land. She deserves a FAMILY. A person who will be proud to call her theirs. A home where she never has to wonder why nobody wanted her. And guess what?! The more time her foster family spends with her, the more incredible she proves to be! BEAUTIFUL? ABSOLUTELY. SWEET? BEYOND WORDS. SMART? OH MY GOODNESS, YES! At approximately 30 pounds, Bindi Sue has a tall, lean frame, a gorgeous shiny black coat, and two absolutely captivating eyes — one bright blue and one brown! She’s a total head-turner, but her personality and intelligence are what make her truly special. JUST LOOK AT WHAT THIS GIRL HAS ALREADY ACCOMPLISHED! SUPER SMART! In just a FEW DAYS, Bindi Sue has learned “sit” and “down” and is doing AMAZING with “place”! She’s also making fantastic progress with loose-leash walking and waiting patiently at doorways. This girl is a QUICK learner, and she’s just getting started! Imagine what she could accomplish with a family willing to keep teaching her. DOG-FRIENDLY! She loves having canine friends and is learning to respect their boundaries when they aren’t in the mood to play. A PEOPLE-LOVING SWEETHEART! Bindi Sue has an easygoing, happy personality and seems to have not a mean bone in her body. GREAT IN THE CAR! Road trips and adventures with her future family are calling! MAKING PROGRESS WITH HOUSE TRAINING! And doing AMAZING on a consistent schedule! WORKING ON CRATE TRAINING! She’s learning that she’s safe now and that her people will come back for her. READY FOR HER NEXT CHAPTER! She’s up to date on vaccines and preventatives and is heartworm negative. A home without cats is recommended for Bindi Sue. Bindi Sue hasn’t been fostered with children, but given her sweet, easygoing nature, we’re expect her to do well. Of course, she’s still a puppy. She’ll need a family ready to continue her training, provide consistency, and help her grow into the amazing adult dog she’s meant to be. But seriously… look at how much she’s learned in just a few days! This girl has SO much potential, and with the right person in her corner, there’s no telling how far she’ll go. She deserves a lifetime of adventures. A soft bed that’s truly hers. A family who laughs at her silly puppy antics and celebrates every new thing she learns. Someone who looks into those mismatched eyes and thinks, How did I ever get so lucky?” She’s smart. She’s loving. She’s eager to learn. She’s ready. Now she just needs someone to say YES.
