Meet Bruno

Bruno is a gentle, affectionate dog with a calm personality. He enjoys spending time with people and has been easy to leash and walk, often greeting handlers with a relaxed demeanor. In playgroup, he showed polite, gentle interactions with other dogs and was tolerant of more enthusiastic playmates, though he seemed happiest soaking up attention from people. Bruno is currently in foster care after leaving the shelter and is receiving the extra support he needs. He has bilateral entropion, a condition in which his eyelids roll inward and irritate his eyes. Corrective surgery is recommended to improve his comfort and help protect his vision, and his foster placement allows him to receive the care and recovery support that is difficult to provide in a shelter setting. Through it all, Bruno has remained sweet, patient, and affectionate. He is looking for someone who will appreciate his gentle nature and continue providing the care he deserves.
