Meet Bruno

🐾🖤 Hiiii! My name is Bruno! 🖤🐾 I'm a 1 year old, 40-pound solid black Lab/Heeler mix, and I'm a Velcro dog through and through! Once I get to know you and realize you're one of my people, you'd better get used to having a furry little shadow following you everywhere. I love being close to my humans and would happily stick to you like glue. 🥰 I may be a little shy when we first meet, but I warm up pretty quickly when you give me a little patience, kind words, and reassurance. And let's be honest... a few yummy treats never hurt! 🍪 Once I know I'm safe, you'll see my sweet, affectionate personality really start to shine. I'm a great guy with other dogs and love having canine friends around. I also love getting outside for walks. I'm not the kind of guy who wants to rush past all the interesting stuff—I like to take my time, stop and smell all the roses, investigate the world, and enjoy the adventure. 🌹🐾 I had a rough start to life. I was dumped as a puppy, but thankfully a kind lady found me and took me in, making sure I got the help I needed to make my way to the shelter. Now I'm ready for the next chapter of my story: finding someone who will love me forever. 🏡❤️ I'm also at a wonderful age for training! I'm highly intelligent, eager to please, and a great listener. I really want to make my people happy, so with some positive reinforcement, consistency, and those tasty treats I love, training me should be a cake walk! What I'm really looking for is someone who will give me the chance to become their best friend. Give me a little time to warm up, and I promise I'll give you a lifetime of loyalty, companionship, and unconditional love.
