Meet Captain Jack
My friends describe me as: playful, affectionate, enthusiasticMeet Captain Jack! Captain Jack is a handsome, black and white (and pink!) older puppy who recently came to us from Mississippi. He is very curious, loving, and affectionate, but also can be quite fearful of strangers and large dogs. He seems to be interested in other dogs his size and puppies, but would still benefit from slow introductions and transitions with lots of positive reinforcement. Although he is an older puppy, this is going to be his first time living long-term indoors and will need all the standard training, patience, and socialization that comes with welcoming a young dog into the home. He is incredibly sweet, and would benefit greatly from a family that can give him the kindness, love, and patience that he needs to grow into the wonderful dog he's meant to be. Captain Jack is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been spayed/neutered, microchipped and seen by our vet team. We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY however, we are unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements.
