Hi! My name is Carlos, but my foster calls me Potato. I am the perfect mix of big-dog presence and small-dog charm. I am sweet, gentle, and I love everyone I meet. I’ve left my days of being locked up in the pound behind and am now safe in foster care, waiting for the forever family I’ve been waiting for!
