Meet Carmelo Hi, my name is Carmelo, and I’m a very good boy looking for a loving family to call my own! I can be a little shy at first, so I may need some time to feel comfortable and come out of my shell. Once I get to know you, you’ll see what a sweet and loving boy I really am. I absolutely love being petted and soaking up attention from my people! I’d do best in a calmer, lower-energy home where I can relax, feel safe, and take things at my own pace. I also prefer calm, easygoing dogs who won’t overwhelm me. If you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate companion who will appreciate your love and attention, I might just be your perfect match. I may need a little patience at first, but I have so much sweetness to give in return. Could you be the calm and loving home Carmelo has been waiting for? If you are interested in adopting me or another homeless pet at Macomb County Animal Control, walk-in adoption hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm. My adoption fee is $200
