Meet Certina

Looking for a future agility dog, barn hunt partner, running buddy, or a puppy who needs a job? Meet Certina, a 4-month-old Shepherd mix who is already showing us that she was made to work! Certina isn’t looking to simply sit around and be a lap dog. She wants to DO things! She is curious, engaged, energetic, and happiest when she has something to figure out or work toward. She’s already showing great interest in:- Puzzle toys- Retrieving- Learning new skills- Learning her sit- Engaging with her person- Having a job to doCertina absolutely needs a home that will engage her every day. She needs owners who are willing to give her appropriate outlets for her puppy energy, provide plenty of appropriate things to chew, and help her learn how to be a successful dog in the world. Her dog skills don’t need to be perfect overnight. In fact, they shouldn’t be. She needs someone willing to slowly and thoughtfully build those skills, expose her to new experiences, and teach her how to navigate life as she grows.
