Meet Chippy
Chippy is a kind and sensitive soul. While he is affectionate, playful, and `an exceptional dog` as described by volunteers, his personality really shines once he's met you once or twice. Similarly, he's done well playing with dogs, but has a tender heart and prefers playmates who are on the gentle side! He recently enjoyed a Day Trip outside of the shelter with a volunteer.
