Clark is 4 months old and weighs 11 lbs. He’s playful and active, friendly with people, and social with other dogs. Clark and his siblings, Aliyah and Caitlin, were found with their mom Monique near a gas station in Tijuana. The puppies were approximately 5 days old; mama did a good job keeping her babies safe!
