Meet Toast
Meet Toast, a 7-year-old, 70-pound sweetheart with a gentle soul and plenty of love to give. While she may be a little shy when first meeting new people, she warms up quickly and soon shows off her affectionate personality, complete with lots of happy tail wags. Toast is easily handled and a pleasure to spend time with. She enjoys easygoing walks, stays close to her person, and takes in the world at a relaxed pace. She already knows "sit" and is eager to connect with those around her. She has also appeared housebroken at the shelter, which may help make the transition into a home even smoother. If you're looking for a calm, kind companion who is past the puppy stage but still has plenty of love and companionship to offer, Toast may be the perfect match for you. Toast has met other dogs at the shelter, he does best with gentle and polite friends and will need to meet any potential doggie roommates to make sure they are a good match. Toast is in the comfort of a foster home, please email dogfosters@barcs.org to be connected with her foster family.
