Meet Brin Joy
Brin Joy is a sweet 8-year-old Dachshund who came to rescue through no fault of her own. Brin Joy takes a bit to warm up to new people but once she does she is a total sweetheart who loves any and all affection!! She will snuggle up under a blanket next to a human or one of her foster siblings. She does well with dogs of various ages, sizes and energy levels. She goes crazy for squeaky toys and loves to play chase in the yard with any dog willing to run with her. We have learned that Brin needs the comfort another dog in the home, especially when you are gone. She is not a fan of the dog door but is very good about letting you know when she wants to go outside. Her left ear seems to be permanently sticking straight up which is very cute.
