Meet Averi

My name is Averi and I am an independent girl. I like to spend my days being lazy on the couch in and out of naps or sun bathe outside protecting my house. When my humans are home I love to go on walks in the neighborhood or go for a hike. I can get quite anxious and new people can be scary to me. I like to initiate interactions with people and once I know you’re my human I love you with all of my heart. The perfect home for me is one with adults only and no other pets that could make me anxious. I cannot interact with children as they make me extremely anxious and uncomfortable. Averi is a member of our Keep Them Home program.
