Meet Douglas, a nearly 9-year-old, 64-pound sweetheart with a heart as big as his stomach! This handsome lover boy came to the shelter after being found as a stray, but he’s ready to trade shelter life for cozy naps and forever cuddles. Douglas is a total foodie at heart: his super sniffer can detect treats from a mile away. He’s a laid-back, gentle guy who’s happiest lounging by your side, soaking up love, and dreaming about snacks. His perfect home? Lots of nice, long walkies (he's still very strong!), a soft bed, a warm blanket to snuggle into, and maybe a tasty bone for dessert. Most of all, Douglas is looking for someone to love as deeply as he’ll love them right back.
