Meet Rhett

Rhett is my name; being lazy is my game! After almost 8 years I’m relaxing in a home for the first time in my life. It’s wonderful! I LOVE my kennel and sleep in it during the day when my foster mom is at work. I also sleep in the kennel at night but with the door open, just in case I need to check on mom during the night. As much as I love my kennel, I’m slowly spending more time outside of it, learning about being social and playing with toys. I look forward to my walks very much and am learning how to walk on a leash like a gentleman. My life was a bit rough before I came to my foster home and its causes me to be growly around other dogs. I love all the humans, though, and they all say I’m sweet as can be. My perfect forever home would have people that can be patient with me as I learn about this new life and gain some confidence. We adopt within 1 1/2 hours from KansasCity.
