Banjo is a soulful, easygoing companion with a heart full of love and just the right touch of independence. This happy-tailed boy absolutely adores people and gets along well with other dogs, though he’s perfectly content being the king of his own castle too. Banjo is leash trained, crate trained, great in the car, and has excellent house manners—he’s non-destructive, enjoys lounging throughout the day, and loves to sunbathe or relax beside you without being overly clingy. He’s smart and eager to please, already knowing commands like sit, paw, and down (especially when food is involved!), though he may show a little selective hearing now and then. He is currently on a special diet to support mild kidney concerns. Banjo is playful and goofy at times, with the cutest little run, but also calm, gentle, and even-tempered. He enjoys leisurely walks where he can stop and sniff everything, and he may give a bark if he hears unfamiliar noises or sees passersby. Great with children and all adults, Banjo is a confident, affectionate pup who would make a wonderful addition to a loving home. Complete an application and meet Banjo!
