Meet Emory Marie+
Hi there! We are Emory (Emme) & Finley! I am Emme and I am the big sister. I am 8 years old and weigh13 pounds. My brother Finley is 7 years old and he weighs 19 pounds. We are Blue Isabella Dachshunds, and we don’t know you but we love you already. We love everyone! My little brother and I were surrendered to DDRTX due to our previous family having too busy of a schedule. We do have diluted color alopecia due to the type of dachshund we are but we don’t let that slow us down one bit! We are extremely happy, love attention, are great with kids, and are potty trained. We are not intimidated by a house full of children…we may be just as loud as they are. The more humans, the more people to love on us! My brother and I love being around humans and we do good with other dogs as well. We spend our days lounging on the couch, begging for pets, playing with toys, and snuggling with each other or the closest human around. If you would like to know more about us or meet us, make sure to fill out an application! A Note From Our Foster Mom – If you are looking for a silly and happy pair who throw the biggest welcome party every time you get home…then Emme and Finley are for you! These 2 are the sweetest dogs and are so easy to fall in love with. They experienced a lot of alone time with their previous family so it’s like they have it all built up and clobber you with love. They take a little time to adjust but I can guarantee a lot of laughs, smiles, and cuddles with these 2 sweet & rambunctious siblings.
