Meet Snoopy D

Snoopy D is a 10-year-old sweetheart who is looking for a loving home after the passing of his longtime owner. Despite this big life change, Snoopy D has remained incredibly gentle, affectionate, and easygoing. He absolutely loves cuddles and being close to his people. He gets along well with both people and other dogs. His behavior around cats and small children is unknown. Snoopy D was free-fed for most of his life, which caused him to become quite overweight, but he has adapted wonderfully to a healthier routine of twice-daily meals and regular short walks. He’s already steadily losing weight and enjoying his new lifestyle! Snoopy D is the definition of low-maintenance. He sleeps peacefully through the night in his own bed and spends much of the day happily snoozing nearby. He would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a calm, loving, and easy-to-care-for best friend. Adopters age 65 and over who adopt senior dogs (age 8 and older) pay a special adoption fee of $100.
