Sophie wants to be with her people-whether going for a car ride or watching TV, Sophie wants to be close by your side. Sophie loves to go for short walks, taking her time to sniff along the way. When she's not strolling with us through the neighborhood she enjoys snoozing in the sun, but due to light fur and fair skin she reluctantly takes breaks in the shade or allows you to apply dog-safe sunscreen. She still got her spark because every so often she gets the Zoomies, but after about a minute she's looking for a soft place to rest. Sophie is incredibly sweet and will be living her best life with people who are mostly home or can take her with them when out and about. I'm 10 and considered a senior, but I love life and being by your side! I lived with my first owners since I was a puppy but was surrendered due to my humans no longer being able to care for me. I was a little overweight when I first came to my foster family, but with regular walks and a healthy diet, I've slimmed down to a healthy weight. I needed some dental work but that's all taken care of too--I am set!
