Meet Fae

Fae – Sweet, Smart, and Ready for Cuddles Fae is a 9-year-old American Pit Bull Terrier weighing 66 pounds with a loving personality and wonderful manners. This sweet senior landed at the shelter when her people lost their housing. She enjoys exploring and is very affectionate, making her a delightful companion. Easygoing explorer: Fae may pull a little on leash at times, but she is especially interested in sniffing and taking in all the scents around her. She stays calm when passing other dogs. Smart and well-trained: She knows a variety of commands including “sit”, “down”, “stay” and “paw”. She also takes treats gently and politely. Affectionate companion: Fae loves attention and scratches and sometimes tries climbing into a lap for extra closeness and cuddles. Fae has been uncomfortable meeting other dogs at the shelter. She might do well as the solo dog in the home, or perhaps with a well-matched dog who can give her space when needed. Click here to learn how to adopt and submit your adoption questionnaire.
