Meet BLUE

#A4915627 Meet Blue, an 11-year-old Pitbull with a sleek steel-grey coat and the soulful eyes of a distinguished gentleman who’s seen it all. Life hasn’t always been kind to this sweet boy, and it shows - but he’s more than ready to trade the outdoors for a cozy couch, cool AC, and the comfort of a loving home. Though he’s a bit bony and has a few harmless lumps and bumps that come with age, Blue still has plenty of love left to give and a quiet strength that shines through. All he’s really asking for is a soft bed, a sunny spot to nap, and someone who will finally love and cherish him the way he deserves. He may even make a wonderful companion to other calm dogs, as he’s shown a gentle and appropriate demeanor when meeting them. Give Blue the golden years he’s been waiting for, and he’ll reward you with a lifetime’s worth of gratitude and love! -11 year old grey and white Pitbull -86 pound neutered male -may need the standard round of shots and preventatives before he can go home with you, but the shelter can likely help with this! -came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 6/1/26 as an owner surrender, allegedly because he would “escape” (but this can easily be fixed with proper supervision or a secure fence!) -has clearly lived most of his life outside, so is ready for his turn for cozy cuddles curled up next to you in bed or on the couch -could be good with other dogs you may already have, including smaller ones -deserving of all the love and care in his golden years, which he has clearly been missing out on!
