Meet LADY LU

Hi, I'm Lady Lu, and as they say, it's everything in a name! Let's start with the `Lady` part. According to the staff and volunteers, I am the definition of a perfect lady. I'm gentle, refined, polite, and just a little prissy... but in a good way! I prefer to think of it as having standards. I carry myself with grace, enjoy the finer things in life, and always try to mind my manners. Now for the `Lu` part. Between you and me, I like to think it's short for Luv—and that's where my superpower comes from! You see, I may seem a little timid and shy when we first meet. That's all part of my master plan. I quietly draw you in with my sweet eyes and gentle nature... and then—BOOM!—I hit you with an avalanche of love! Before you know it, you'll be getting tail wags, cuddles, kisses, and enough affection to last a lifetime. Even though I'm 10 years old, everyone here can't stop talking about my indomitable puppy spirit. I still have plenty of pep in my step, curiosity in my heart, and joy in every wag of my tail. Age may be a number, but my spirit is forever young! And while the scale says I weigh 27 pounds, don't let that fool you. I have at least a couple hundred pounds of Luv packed into this little body, just waiting for someone special to share it with.
