Meet Louie

Meet Louie, She is approximately 8 years old and 13 lbs!!! . Louie is a little timid at first, and needs a family that will give her time to adjust. Louie, affectionately called “Bobo” by her foster family, loves to be outside and is happy to sleep peacefully in the recliner chair. Louie is a sweetie and licks her foster family’s faces every morning when she wakes up. She is very snuggly with familiar people, but not super excited about strangers. She is comfortable with other dogs and older children. She is potty trained to go outside, but occasionally still marks inside especially on blankets, dog beds, and dog toys. She is becoming accustomed to walking on a leash and does best when she’s with other dogs to follow. She prefers a harness to a collar and does a hilarious Superman pose with her legs when lifted up off the ground. Louie has the softest long hair and the most adorable tufts of fur around her ears. She loves treats and snacks and will be a wonderful companion once she feels settled and comfortable in her new surroundings.
