Meet Abel

Abel is a lovable goofball. Despite his large size, he can't resist chasing butterflies, bringing a lot of joy and laughter to everyone around him. His playful antics don't overshadow his affectionate side; he's a devoted snuggler who forms strong bonds with his family. Abel is house trained and loves playing fetch, going for car rides, and splashing around in the water. His playful nature extends to his toys, which he thoroughly enjoys. Abel's blend of playful energy and loyalty makes him a fun companion. The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon until 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our animals with the convenience of an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments can be made by emailing adoption@wilco.org. Interested in fostering a dog in need?
