Meet Murphy

9 year old male Story9-year-old Murphy is an active, playful black gentleman with excellent manners and an independent streak. Don’t let his age fool you—this boy has the energy of a much younger pup and loves heading out for walks or keeping an eye on the yard (especially if squirrels are involved!). He enjoys doing his own thing but is always happy to hang out with his people. Murphy is fully house-trained, crate-trained, and sleeps soundly through the night. He eats politely, takes treats gently, and prefers soft food after recent dental work. Murphy gets along well with other dogs but would also be perfectly content as your one-and-only companion. He’d thrive in a home with a yard and someone who enjoys daily walks. Looking for a low-drama, high-fun companion? Murphy’s your guy!******All of our pugs are fostered throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area. We adopt to all lower 48 states, but adopters must travel to Texas for pickup. Puppies younger than 6 months are not eligible for out-of-state adoption. Interested in adopting with DFWPRC? Apply to adopt today! Questions about adoption?
