Cooper wants to be part of the action and is happiest when he’s romping around, carrying a toy, or showing off his goofy grin. He’s also fully ready for winter, with the spirit of a pup who can’t wait to bound through snowflakes and enjoy chilly outdoor adventures. Fun Fact: Cooper has perfected the “toy-stuffed-in-mouth while zooming” move — and he’s very proud of it. Cooper is currently in foster!
