Meet Damon

This is a courtesy posting for NorCal Beagle Rescue; we have not met or evaluated this dog. Please see the contact info at the end of this writeup.*** Neutered male chihuahua (w/possible beagle) 4 years old Livermore We found Damon in a shelter, where we took a beagle mix into our rescue. His tri-coloring caused us to give Damon a further look as a possible chihuahua beagle mix (cheagle). Regardless, we decided to get this guy out of the shelter. He spent several weeks there, after being on the street and getting transferred from another shelter. Damon was very fearful at the shelter and hid under the beds. Over time, he overcame that fear, became a staff favorite, and qualified for release to rescue. Damon is estimated to be 4 years old. He weighs 6 pounds. He has a beautiful tri-colored, smooth coat. Damon is neutered, current on his shots, and microchipped. He is housetrained. Damon has been a joy to have in our rescue. He is a gentleman. Damon is well-behaved and pretty quiet. He gets along well with other dogs, gently takes treats and food, and rides well in the car. He would be most happy to be close to someone, or on a lap, and get pets or just be close.
