Meet Diesel

Diesel is a handsome one and 1/2-year-old, said to be a full German Shepherd with a bit of Husky charm. Energetic, playful, and full of life, Diesel is the perfect mix of brains, loyalty, and affection. He gets along great with other dogs, enjoys a good game of fetch, and absolutely loves car rides and long walks. Whether it’s a hike on the trails or a stroll around the neighborhood, Diesel is always up for an outing. Sweet-natured and well-behaved, he thrives on attention and is eager to be part of a loving home. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, and in great health. He is crate and leash-trained and good in cars. Diesel was rescued from an uncertain situation and is now being rehomed so he can find the loving, permanent home he truly deserves. Diesel has basic obedience training. He responds to commands such as SIT, COME, and DOWN. He has been around children aged 8 and older. He is gentle, friendly, and enjoys playing with them, though his energy level means he does best with kids who are comfortable around active dogs. With other dogs, he enjoys playing, running, and engaging in friendly interactions, making him a great fit for a multi-dog household. Diesel loves playing fetch, tug-of-war, and chasing after balls or squeaky toys. He also enjoys interactive toys that challenge his mind and keep him engaged. Diesel would thrive in an active and loving home where he gets plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and companionship. A family or individual who enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, running, or long walks would be ideal. He would do well in a home with a yard to play in and could happily live with another friendly dog. Diesel is friends with Polo (also on this site). They can be adopted together or separately.
