Meet Doris

Doris is a 3 and1/2-month-old Shepherd mix with a gorgeous brindle coat and a whole lot of personality! She's a happy, friendly, goofy little girl who loves everyone and thinks everything is fun. She's at that age where she's constantly finding something to get into, and we're pretty sure she thinks she's hilarious. Her mom is a medium-sized Shepherd mix, but we have no idea who dad is. Apparently he wasn't interested in sticking around for the family photos! We're guessing Doris will be medium to large when she's grown. Doris is just a really fun puppy. She's silly, affectionate and always seems to be in a good mood. She's still a baby, so she'll need someone with a little patience while she learns the ropes. There will probably be some chewed shoes, a few accidents and plenty of moments when you'll wonder what on earth she's thinking. And with a name like Doris, how can you not love her? She sounds like she should be running the church bake sale, not running around causing puppy trouble! Doris is a sweet, funny little girl who's ready to find her family and start making herself right at home. She will arrive here at the end of October and we would love to have a family waiting for her! Please note: All dogs are rescues so we often do not know their actual breeds but use an educated guess to tell you what they most look like. Our adoption fee is $400 and unless otherwise stated all dogs and puppies have been spayed/neutered, microchipped, 4DX tested (if age appropriate), put on heartworm/flea/tick prevention, age appropriately vaccinated, dewormed, vet checked and flown from Puerto Rico.
