Meet Douglas

Douglas is currently located at our rescue in Georgia. He is scheduled to attend and be available for adoption at our upcoming adoption event at the Tractor Supply in Ringoes, N.J. over the Aug 15th weekend. Questions concerning Douglas and/or our adoption process should be sent to socorescue8@gmail.com; please do not call the Rescue's number.*** Douglas and his four littermates were found as strays by a family in a neighboring county. They gladly held onto the pups until we had space to take them in. Douglas is a well-socialized, very people oriented fellow. While he may seem a little shy at first, he quickly warms up to new people and new things rather quickly. He's playful, great with other pups and will be a great addition into just about any home. Douglas is now up to date on his annual vaccinations, de-wormings , monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives and other vet care. He's also already been neutered. His adopter should be prepared to offer him house, leash and other basic training.
