Meet Eliza

Hi there! My name is Eliza, and I’m a big-hearted girl weighing in around 50–60 pounds of love. I’m a mixed breed with a sweet soul, and my favorite thing in the world is being close to my people. Whether we’re curled up together in bed or relaxing on the couch for a TV marathon, I’m happiest right by your side. I also love getting outside for walks, especially if I can find a good stick to carry around like a prize! Toys are another favorite of mine — squeaky rubber toys are the absolute best if you ask me. I get along well with boy dogs and even enjoy playing with cats. I’m crate trained and housebroken too! I’ll even let you know when I need to go outside because I learned how to ring a bell at the door. Pretty smart, right? Because I’m a strong girl, I do need a sturdy crate that can keep up with me. Sometimes I can be a little shy when meeting new people, but once I see that my human trusts you, I warm up quickly. I just need a little patience and reassurance.
