Elvis is a happy, goofy, high‑energy Beagle who was found as a stray on Jerusalem Road in Pacolet. He’s immediately friendly, loves people, toys, and other dogs, and brings joy everywhere he goes. He’s playful, curious, and full of personality. Elvis has heartworms - a very light load - and our vet is recommending and monitoring Elvis on what is called the "slow kill" method. Elvis gets Triheart or Heartguard twice per month and then needs to be retested every six months to insure he is moving to negative heartworm status. Must have: Active home; fenced yard; someone willing to continue training; heartworm prevention schedule. Exercise: Moderate — walks, playtime, exploring, and enrichment. Best with: Adults or families with older kids; homes with another friendly dog.
