Meet Esther

Hiiii, I'm Esther and I'm 4 years old! I am a super sweet girl that loves and adores everyone I meet! Literally everyone! I am the friendliest girl with people and kiddos! I LOVE to play fetch, and I love, love, love balls! I can even play frisbee like an absolute champ! Once I am all tired out, I like to go on walks, but once I am over it, I will plop down on my belly and spread out to rest. I absolutely enjoy cuddles and snoozing out on the couch! I listen well to my owners, and I have pretty good manners too! I know how to sit, stay and down! I do not do well with other dogs, so I do need a dog-free home! I am not dog reactive, meaning you can walk me safely in the neighborhood or down a sidewalk, but I would not do well living in a home with other dogs as I get jealous and want to hog all the attention to myself. This can also stretch to cats, so I am listed as cat selective. This means if you have a cat in the home that seeks your lap and your attention constantly, I will not be a good fit for your home. If you have a cat that is pretty independent and only wants one-on-one time occasionally, I can safely live with them as I have lived with two cats like that before for years! I was only surrendered to the shelter because my previous home owned four other dogs, and despite working with me for years, I cannot be safely housed in a home with other dogs. My family loved me very, VERY much and had to make the most heartbreaking decision by surrendering me, but it was the best decision for my family. I will miss them and cherish them always, but I am seeking a home where I can be the center of attention! I cannot wait to be your BEST FRIEND and love of your life!
