Meet Frankie Brown

Hello, world! My name is Frankie Brown, and I am a three-year-old, 35 pound shepherd mix. My foster mom says I look like a German shepherd that got shrunk in the wash. I prefer to think of myself as a short king. I have already mastered many skills. I am house trained. I am crate trained. I walk very well on a leash. I know basic commands like sit and shake. I am very quiet in the house. I have also mastered napping next to you on the couch and letting you know when I want pets and cuddles. In other words, I am ready to be your distinguished companion right now! Do you have other animals in your house? Wonderful. I have lived with dog-savy cats and other dogs. We would need an introduction, of course, but I can be their companion, too. Do you have children in your house? Well, that is a bit more complicated. I don’t like the unpredictability of toddlers, but if your kids are older and respect my boundaries, I’m sure we will get along just fine. Like any king, I do have a couple of quirks. I am a bit of a picky eater, even when it comes to treats. I also tend to get car sick, but my foster mom is helping me with that.
