NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS - Butterscotch Butterscotch is a playful Black Mouth Cur/Australian Shepherd/Lab puppy mix with an adorable orange-brown coat, black feet, and a black tail. This little girl is always ready for her next adventure—or a good snuggle! She was born on August 17, 2026Butterscotch loves playing with her seven siblings and her mom, and she’s also great with other dogs, kids, and her human caregivers. She’s an active, agile little girl who loves running, jumping, climbing stairs, and wrestling with her puppy friends. When she’s ready to settle down, she’s more than happy to curl up for some cuddle time. She is still working on getting potty trained and, like all puppies, has lots to learn! She is already making great progress. Her new family should understand the work, patience, consistency, and training that goes into raising a puppy, as well as the importance of providing plenty of positive socialization with people, other dogs, and other animals as she grows. Butterscotch is looking for a forever family ready to help her grow into the wonderful dog she’s meant to be. The puppy years can be a lot of work, but they’re also full of fun, love, and unforgettable moments—and Butterscotch is ready to share them with her forever family! ❤️We are accepting applications now and she will be ready to go home to her adopter after the week of 10/18/26. Dogs are not placed on a first-come, first-serve basis. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal. Applications may take up to 48 hours to process. Her adoption fee is $300. Adopters must agree to complete the remaining puppy vaccines on schedule with a veterinarian chosen by CAWS; CAWS will cover the cost. Butterscotch will be spayed when she is 6 months of age at an already CAWS-scheduled appointment. Her adopter must agree to bring her to this appointment as a condition of adoption.
