Small Dog Rescue is thrilled to announce that Glandis has arrived in Rhode Island! Glandis is just under a year old and under 15 pounds, so she may grow a little more. She is a mixed breed that may include Chihuahua and Rat Terrier. She has long legs, and a half tail, and some of the most unique and darling speckled markings you'll ever see. This girl is silly and sweet and having fun with other dogs in her foster home.
