Meet Haji

10/2 Doggie Day OutI took Haji, a 7 month old 45 lb german shepherd out for doggie day out. We started off with a 30ish minute walk around Downtown and Rose Garden. I took him to In-N-Out where he got to enjoy 2 puppy patties. We made a stop at a relative’s house where he enjoyed some play time in the backyard with his new favorite toy we got him: the soccer ball (the toy was given to him when we brought him back, so that he could keep it). I brought him home, where he got to nap in a peaceful, quiet environment, and he also played a lot with his toys. He also got a few more small walks in here and there throughout the day. I hope Haji had the best day today because I know I did. I will forever be thinking about him, and wishing him the best!!!Again, Haji is seriously one of the sweetest and well-behaved puppies. He is so kind to everyone around him and truly just wants to receive love, attention, and lots of pets. During our walks, he was so well-behaved, barely tugged on his leash, stays right by your side, and does NOT bark at people or dogs. He is SO GENTLE with treats and food. He knows how to sit and responds to “come Haji,” “no Haji.” At home, he stays by your side and will lay on the ground next to you, or join you on the couch for a cuddle session. Based on his behavior, I believe he would get along with other dogs and truly care for children and the people around him. I would most definitely recommend him for any family interested in adopting a german shepherd.
