Meet Happy Campers : Compass

Meet Compass, a handsome 14-week-old Lab mix who is ready to find his forever home! Compass is a fun-loving, confident puppy with a little bit of sass and plenty of personality. He definitely has his own ideas about how things should go, like deciding that rolling around in the grass was far more important than cooperating for his photo shoot! Compass loves people, enjoys spending time with his canine friends, and would be happy to have doggy friends to play with. He does not necessarily need another dog in his home, but he would certainly enjoy opportunities to socialize and play with other friendly dogs. He is beginning his crate training and doing well as he learns the routine. He is also learning to walk on a leash. Since leash walking is still new to him, he will need some patience, encouragement, and continued practice as he builds confidence. Compass is expected to be a medium-sized adult dog. His mom weighs approximately 25–30 pounds and looks just like him, only in a bigger package. Best of all, Compass is fully vetted and ready for his next adventure! He has been neutered, received all three rounds of puppy vaccinations, received his rabies vaccination, is microchipped, and has been maintained on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm preventatives. Now all Compass needs is a family who will appreciate his goofy personality, give him some guidance as he grows, and let him be the fun little character that he is. The adoption fee for puppies under 6 months of age is $265. If the puppy is too young or small to be fixed there will be a $75 spay/neuter rebate form provided. They are completely vetted and are microchipped with lifetime registration ($13).
