Meet Happy

🐾💕 Hiiii there! My name is Happy! 💕🐾 I'm a 1-year-old Black Lab/Hound mix, weighing in at 53 pounds, and I promise my name says it all! I'm a happy-go-lucky boy with a constant smile, a wagging tail, and a whole lot of love to share. 🥰 I'm a gentle, calm, affectionate gentleman who is wonderful with kiddos and the elderly. I walk beautifully on a leash without pulling, load into vehicles with ease, and LOVE going for car rides! 🚗🐾 I also know how to use a doggie door! I was found as a stray, so there are still a few things my friends at the shelter don't know about me. They can't officially mark me as housebroken just yet, but because I'm such a well-mannered boy, they think I may already be or could learn very quickly in my new home. Now, let me tell you my favorite thing about being with people... I LOVE TO HOLD HANDS! 🥹❤️ That's right! I'll happily hold your hand and soak up all the affection you're willing to give. I'm just a big sweetheart who wants to be close to my people. I'm hoping to find a family who will appreciate my gentle nature, enjoy taking me along on adventures, and give me a cozy place to call home. In return, I'll bring plenty of smiles, endless tail wags, and all the love my big heart can hold! If you're looking for a handsome, happy, well-mannered gentleman who wants nothing more than to hold your hand and be your best friend, I think you just found me! 💕🐾📞 Call the Humane Society of the Ouachitas at 479-394-5682 to find out more about me!
