Oscar isn't grouchy; he's just the quietest dog in his group. It took a while but now he likes to be loved on and will put his very large face in his foster's hand and likes to be talked to. He may have gotten into scuffles while running feral and has some old scarred marks on his face but he has not been aggressive to his foster's current dogs or pen mates since he has arrived. He has not shown any food aggression as of yet either.
